If I have a trial, if I cancel with the payment provider before the trial ends will I be charged again?
Absolutely not, if you cancel it with PayPal we will not take any more money when your trial expires.
How long will my subscription take to be activated after I have paid?
The payment and subscription are activated automatically. You will normally recieve an email from us confirming your subscription within 10 minutes of paying.
If I have a subscription, do I still need to buy credits to view tips on the mobile app?
Absolutely not, just log on with your Tipster.me details and you will recieve every tip every day.
Is a subscription cheaper than buying the tips seperately through the mobile app?
Yes, we have priced it so that if you want to see all the tips each day, it works out a LOT cheaper to have a subscription.
Can I use the mobile app without a subscription?
Yes, we give one tip per day to all members via email/mobile app even without a subscription.
How do I know how long I have left on my subscription?
It's written at the top of your profile with an exact date and time that it expires on Tipster.Me. If you have taken a free trial and would like to cancel before the end of the 7 days, please use the date/time displayed by Paypal/Neteller, as they adjust times to their own time of paying in the day. Therefore, their date maybe slightly different to ours.
I no longer wish to pay my subscription, how do I cancel?
Just cancel the payment with PayPal/Neteller and when your subscription time expires on Tipster.Me, no further payments will be taken.
My account has been approved but I have not received any tipster emails?
Emails are normally sent out in the morning (GMT Time), if you still don't see them please check your junk/spam folder. If you are sure you have not received anything, please contact us and we will investigate.
Do you always send out tips 7 days a week.
Normally, yes. However, there are some holiday's or very poor offer days that there is just not enough choice to get winning tips.
I signed up to Tipster.me but I know longer want to recieve any emails from you.
You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the emails or using the mobile app in settings.
